Continental Breakfast

Served from 7.30 - 9.30am

A scrumptious continental breakfast spread with a selection of savoury and fruit items.

Light Lunch Buffet

Served from 12.00 - 2pm

Choose from seasonal salads, boiled and roasted vegetables, grilled meats,  smoked meats and fish, vegan selection also available.

Dinner

Served from 7.30 - 9.30pm

Starters 

 

Fermented Milk Soup 

Served with cottage cheese and sourdough croutons.


Herring Cured Two Ways  

Herring cured in pickled beetroot, herring cured in saffron, served with pickled beetroot puree and pickled onions.


Aged Beef Tartare  

Salted and aged British beef, served with pickled mushrooms, smoked cheese and sourdough ash.


Pork Rillette 

Served on San Francisco sourdough bread, pickled vegetables and whipped herb butter.

Main


Pork Belly Hong Kong Style

Pork belly brined and slowly cooked with Chinese spices, served with mash, fermented spring onion and shallots pickled in saffron.


Rib of Beef  

72hrs rib of beef, served with pickled chilli and leek salad.


Ruskie Pierogi  

Hand made dumplings, filled with potato, onion and cheese, served with tuile de pain noir made of sourdough ash.


Smoked Salmon

Lightly smoked salmon, served cold with pickled vegetables and lemon creme fraiche.

Fraiche Cakes 


Cracovian Cheesecake

Cracovian baked cheesecake, with preserved fruits.


Triple Chocolate Brownie
Triple chocolate brownie with dairy ice cream and orange dust.


XXL Doughnuts
Hand made XXL doughnuts, filled with pistachio cream, chocolate and cotton candy.
